Account Requirements

You covenant to furnish accurate and complete information during the registration process.

Service Provision

Docavius AI delivers an advanced AI-powered document retrieval and analysis platform, leveraging retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). The Service facilitates the uploading, connecting, and management of documents; the indexing and retrieval of documents utilizing AI methodologies; and the generation of AI-assisted responses based upon your submitted Content. The Service operates upon robust cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure and specialized vector database services.

User Content and Ownership

You shall retain all proprietary rights, title, and interest in and to your Content. By submitting Content to the Service, you hereby grant Docavius AI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and analyze said Content solely for the express purpose of rendering the Service to you. Docavius AI explicitly disclaims any ownership claims over User Content and shall not utilize Content for the training of generalized AI models.

Proprietary Content

All rights, title, and interest in your Content are retained by you.

Limited Grant of License

We shall process your Content exclusively for the provision of the requested Service.

No General AI Training

Your Content shall not be utilized for the training of generalized AI models.

Acceptable Use Policy

You covenant not to employ the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes; nor to upload Content that infringes upon intellectual property rights; nor to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Service; nor to bypass any security or access controls; nor to utilize the Service for the processing of content that contravenes applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the unequivocal right to suspend or terminate access in the event of any violation of these Terms.

Prohibition of unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use.

OAuth Authentication

Docavius AI may facilitate authentication through third-party identity providers. You hereby authorize Docavius AI to receive and utilize limited account information as requisite for authenticating your identity and delivering the Service. OAuth tokens are stored securely and may be revoked by you at your discretion at any time.

Fees, Service Availability, and Modifications

Subscription Plans

Access to certain features may necessitate monetary payment. Pricing structures, billing cycles, and subscription terms shall be explicitly communicated at the point of purchase. All fees are non-refundable, except where expressly mandated by applicable law. We reserve the right to revise pricing, subject to prior notification.

Service Reliability

While we endeavor to provide a reliable Service, we offer no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docavius AI shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount remitted by you for the Service during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the claim.

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Docavius AI from any and all claims arising from your utilization of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law. These Terms are exclusively governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without reference to its conflict of law principles.
